Tutorial for creating sequential numbers on Avery Labels with Microsoft Word 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2007. This may work with other versions, such as Word 2010, Word 2013 and Word 2016, and Excel 2010, Excel 2013 and Excel 2016. The concept should be the same for them all.
